TechSoup is proud to announce QuickBooks Online Plus, a new offering from our donation partner Intuit.
QuickBooks Online is the cloud-based version of Intuit's popular accounting and financial management software. For more information, see what the Plus edition includes.
QuickBooks Online includes many of the features from its desktop counterpart, including sales and expense tracking, unlimited estimates and invoices, and one-click sales and tax reports. It also includes several features unique to the online version, like mobile support and automatic transaction downloading.

While QuickBooks Online does include many of the same features in the desktop QuickBooks, there are some features that Intuit has not yet integrated into the online version. See this comparison for more information.
For organizations that need a lean accounting system and reliable cloud backup for their data, QuickBooks Online could be a great fit. If your organization relies on the more substantial or advanced features of QuickBooks, you should probably stick with the desktop edition.
QuickBooks Online also uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology with a password-protected login on firewall-protected servers. Learn more about QuickBooks Online data security on the Intuit website.
Screenshot of QuickBooks Online dashboard
QuickBooks Online provides a dashboard with feeds designed to show you the health of your organization and what requires action, all available wherever you have an Internet connection.
The simplicity of the desktop edition's invoices and reports carries over in its online counterpart. QuickBooks Online's electronic invoices include a Pay Now link, allowing recipients to pay instantly via credit card or bank payment.
QuickBooks Online automatically pulls in data from your bank and credit card accounts. It also learns from your behavior to classify transactions automatically.

Just noticed this today, but QuickBooks Online is shown as "out of stock" in TechSoup. Any idea when additional licenses may be available?
Hi jakeburns, QuickBooks Online is now back in stock.
Hi! Any idea when the additional licenses will be available in 2016? It is currently "out of Stock"
I would also love to know when Quickbooks Online licenses will be available again.
Can you email me when QBO licences are available!
Still says QBO is out of stock. Is there any information on when it will be available?
