If you could get the scoop on Office 365 in a single day, would you be interested? Turns out, we're offering some free events in October and November that will do just that. Here's a chance to find out what Office 365 is, how it can benefit your nonprofit, and what it takes to implement it.
TechSoup, Tech Impact, and Microsoft are teaming up to do a series of free one-day events for charities and libraries in October and November called Office 365 Forums.
Here's the schedule:
All of the events go from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and lunch and coffee are included. If you're anywhere near any one of those places, it'll be well worth the trip.
Office 365 is the online version of Microsoft Office that provides your organization with Internet-based access to Office applications. It includes hosted email, calendar, video conferencing, and access to your documents and files from anywhere.
One its main advantages is that it decreases the amount of IT support needed to maintain an Exchange server and file server. All updates and other maintenance are handled by Microsoft in its Internet-based servers.
