We can't wait to see all the amazing work you're doing for your cause and celebrate your impact!
The Blackbaud Impact Awards recognize nonprofit professionals using technology to power their passions and meet their missions. Simply choose the most appropriate category below, and fill out the submission form to nominate yourself, your organization, or another nonprofit professional.
The awards will be presented at bbcon 2015, Blackbaud's annual conference for nonprofits, being held October 26–28 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. The winners from each category will receive a donation to their cause, plus a free admission to bbcon, where they will be honored by their peers.
Submit an application or nominate an organization by September 21. To learn more about bbcon, visit www.bbconference.com.
Every cause has a story. It's in the heart of every member of your team, every dollar you raise, every communication you send, and every second of your efforts to raise awareness and drive change. The Mission in Action Award is an opportunity to capture those stories through photography and celebrate the amazing work you're doing with 3,000 of your peers.
Nominate your organization by submitting a photo that captures your mission in action along with a few sentences explaining why you chose that image. For the first time ever, bbcon attendees will be able to vote among finalists for the photograph that most powerfully conveys the impact of the mission or the story behind the cause.
People's Choice winners will receive awesome prizes:
First place: Impact Award, plus three-day photography session with acclaimed humanitarian photojournalist Sean Sheridan (@SeanSheridan) to capture powerful stories of your brand in action (value of more than $2,000)
Second place: Photography equipment ($500 value)
Third place: $250

Are you the constituent relationship guru at your organization? The winner of this award understands the value of cultivating meaningful, long-lasting relationships with supporters. This fundraising dynamo or team is adept at using his, her, or their toolkit to understand what constituents need and how to build relationships with them. Can you or someone you know cultivate like a pro? If so, we want to hear about it! Please consider submitting your proposal or self-nomination.
This award goes to the organization that transformed its outreach using digital media. By embracing online, mobile, and social media, this organization has optimized its performance for maximum success in an evolving landscape.
The award-winning organization has enhanced its impact by looking beyond traditional channels to meet the changing needs and expectations of its supporters and prospective donors. Do you answer to your screen name as easily as your real name or know someone who does? Tell us about a digital success story in a proposal or self-nomination.
