TechSoup's donor partner TechBridge has made two new offers available to help organizations with technology planning.
The Salesforce Data Management Assessment is a two-hour consultation service to determine whether an organization can benefit from a consolidated cloud database built on the Salesforce CRM platform.
Your organization could benefit from a Salesforce data management assessment if you're wondering whether Salesforce would be a good fit for your organization and have questions about migrating to the platform.
It begins with a telephone interview and remote web conference to assess your organization's current data management setup. This interview is followed by a requirements gathering or implementation proposal, depending on your organizational needs. The proposal includes an assessment of TechBridge's migration fees.
The IT Assessment and Strategy Roadmap is a five-hour consultation service to assess your organization's current technology capabilities and to provide a prioritized roadmap for technology planning. The admin fee for this product is a greater than 70 percent discount from TechBridge's standard consultation rates.
Your organization could benefit from an IT Assessment and Strategy Roadmap if you need a technology plan to tie to your organizational goals.
It begins with an online questionnaire and telephone interview to understand your organization's goals and current planning methods. TechBridge will produce a roadmap for your organization, which it will present to you during a second phone call and web consultation.
Assessed areas include business applications, collaboration tools, data backup and disaster recovery, data management, email, Internet connectivity, intranet, IT support and maintenance, mobile applications, phone systems, printers, remote access, security, servers and workstations, and website and social media.
TechBridge has implemented Salesforce projects for more than 100 organizations and provided consulting services to more than 550.

After the 2 hr consultation, do they determine a cost for follow-up consultations and set up? Or is this an admin fee/donation deal similar to software purchases through TechSoup?
