I followed all of these steps almost 30 days ago, but still haven't heard anything from anyone about verification needs or anything.
I signed up for a trial and hired a consultant to install MS Office 365. Now, MS advised him that we are no longer eligible. Our mission has not changed and other branches of our organization has qualified. Can anyone help me?
