When was the last time you had to look up a donor's contact
information while you were away from your desk? Mobile CRM apps can help you
stay organized and track potential donors while you're at a fundraising event,
on the road, or networking at a conference.
Microsoft recently released a mobile version of Dynamics CRM (available through TechSoup's donation program) for iOS, Android, and Windows phones and tablets. The app lets you access your activities, accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities from a mobile-optimized dashboard. The app also provides access to your personalized views, as well.
Another new app, Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyzer for Windows 8.1, can provide business insights across your organization. These include charts, financial reports, and a gallery to help you manage reports, KPIs, and other data.
TechSoup provides an array of CRM programs
to help you track contacts and their donation and engagement history. Many of
these programs have mobile apps to help you manage donor relations on-the-go.
Many of the popular CRM programs have mobile counterparts.
Social CRM apps use your social media accounts to help you
identify potential donors and connect with your constituents.
