We can't reveal if we'll be volunteering with elves in chilly climes, baking up a feast of goodies, meditating toward transcendence, lighting candles of meaning, or escaping to sunny latitudes.
But we can tell you that TechSoup offices and Client Services (phone and email support) will be closed for the holidays starting at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2014, until we reopen at 7 a.m. on Monday, January 5, 2014 (Pacific time).
Donation requests will not be processed during our holiday break.
You can still place donation requests, but we won’t be able to process them until we’re back in the office on January 5, 2014.
If your nonprofit’s annual budget is tied to the calendar year and you still have funds left, submit those last donation requests to us before we leave on December 23. Whether you need refurbished computers or tablets, QuickBooks for accounting, Microsoft Office or Windows for productivity, or our most popular technology, now’s the time to get it.
Double-check your organization’s eligibility for TechSoup programs by logging in to your TechSoup account and checking your eligibility. Select Donation Request History to verify if you’ve reached the limit in these programs (every program has different rules and allotments).
