Alexandra Ross, Paragon Legal — Alexandra is an experienced ecommerce and privacy attorney. She is currently senior counsel at Paragon Legal, working onsite on a project basis with clients such as Avon.
Previously, as associate general counsel at Walmart Stores, she managed privacy law and compliance for domestic and international ecommerce, marketing, social media, and mobile initiatives.
Alexandra graduated from UC Hastings College of the Law and has an undergraduate theater degree from Northwestern University.
She began her legal career at Thelen Reid and Priest in the intellectual property department and has worked for several software companies in the Bay Area.
A certified information privacy professional, she is active with the IAPP and the privacy and ecommerce committee of the Bay Area chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Jacob Chang, TechSoup Global — Jacob is currently Legal Counsel for TechSoup Global, handling day to day legal matters including contracts, compliance, licensing, trademark, data privacy, and other issues.
Prior to joining TechSoup Global, he worked for various law firms and Delta Products Corporation in Fremont. Jacob earned his J.D. from the King Hall School of Law at UC Davis and his B.S. in bioengineering from UC Berkeley.
