Adobe has released the long-awaited sixth version of Creative Suite, its set of popular design and production tools, and eligible organizations can now request donations of them through TechSoup.
Both Creative Suite packages offered through TechSoup, Production Premium and Design & Web Premium, include updates to all of their applications, including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Premiere. Most of TechSoup's individual Adobe applications have also received CS6 updates.
Adobe also provides a handy buying guide to compare its suites and individual products.
Not sure if you're eligible for Adobe Products? Take our Check Eligibility Quiz. If you're not eligible for the main Adobe program keep in mind that Adobe has older versions of its products available to a wider set of organizations through the Adobe Special Donation Program.
For updates on Adobe CS6 availability and to stay up to date on other product announcements, check back at the TechSoup blog, or subscribe to our By the Cup and New Product Alert newsletters.

This is exciting! As a content producer I can't wait to get my hands on the latest creative suite, I use them daily in my work.
Curious if Master Collection will be available too?
This in my cart, but I can proceed because of the Out of Stock message! How do I get my hands on this??
Oh, no...I cannot proceed, I meant!
will the master collection on dvd be available after july 1- or will the delivery still be esd?
This is great. Are there any plans to add the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite 6 that offers all the software products beyond even the Master Suite? It has new tools like Muse and Edge for non-coders building web sites for mobile web devices.
I just purchased the previous version about a month ago--how much is it going to cost to upgrade to this version?
I would also like to know if either the Cloud Suite or Master suite will ever be available.
@Kiricares @MVFYMCA @Stan-Follis & @jstech,
Adobe cloud and Master Collection products have not yet been made available in the Adobe donation program and we do not have information at this time about whether these products will be offered. I suggest that you share your interest in these products in our Technology Wishlist Forum, which is monitored by business development and program management. It is very helpful to have these requests and suggestions all in one place so the need can be better measured. forums.techsoup.org/.../24720.aspx
Upgrades are not offered for these products. Your organization is eligible to request one additional individual Adobe product before the end of the fiscal year (June 30th) and will have full eligibility again on July 1st.
Please contact Client Services so one of our Account Management Specialists can assist you with the issue: www.techsoup.org/.../email.asp

I'm grateful that Adobe is making these products available - they've been invaluable to my organization. However, please try to arrange for them to be offered on DVD as well as download if possible.
Is there a different price for multiple users/licenses?
Discs will be made available for the suites very soon. We usually receive the keys and information for the ESD products before the discs arrive and do our best to make sure the products are available as soon as possible!
All of the Adobe products available through TechSoup include single user licenses. If you are interested in an individual application, such as InDesign, eligible organizations can request up to 4 per fiscal year, totalling 4 licenses. If you are interested in multiple licenses for the suites, eligible organizations can only request one per fiscal year. Though, depending on how many licenses you need, you could consider getting up to 4 applications or 1 suite before the end of this fiscal year (June 30th) and request up to 4 applications or 1 suite anytime next fiscal year - as early as July 1st. However, if you are really looking for a volume licensing option, you should check Adobe Solutions for Nonprofits: www.adobe.com/.../non-profit.html
re: "@chooks - Discs will be made available for the suites very soon. We usually receive the keys and information for the ESD products before the discs arrive and do our best to make sure the products are available as soon as possible!"
Thanks. However, due to the approaching June 30th deadline, we already ordered CS 6 Design & Web via ESD. Will we be able to get discs for this later?
Does anyone know if the CS6 offered by Techsoup can be upgraded or changed to the Middle East pack? We need the language and right-to-left support. Thanks.
That language version is not available with the Adobe products offered through TechSoup. I recommend checking out Adobe solutions for nonprofits to find information on special nonprofit pricing and to locate an authorized nonprofit reseller who may have additional language options. www.adobe.com/nonprofit
