Manage purchases and payroll with AccountEdge 2012 by Acclivity (admin fee: $35). Get the basic accounting tools your organization needs, like sales, inventory, and expense tracking, and more than 200 built-in financial management reports. Plus: AccountEdge Pro comes with a free app that lets you enter transaction data from iPads and iPhones and track your budget on the go. AccountEdge is available for Mac, Windows, and Mac Networks.
