As some of you may remember, we had reduced our phone service hours around the holidays due to a bit of a backlog of work to get through. (We can be very popular, you know!) Over the holidays we were able to answers almost everyone's questions and begin the year with a clean and fresh start. It seems that since then, our popularity has only increased ' and so has the volume of calls, emails, and faxes.
We'd like to assure everyone that we are doing our best to help every nonprofit or library that contacts us as soon as we are able to but for now our call times and fax and email response times are much longer than usual and will likely remain so while we are bringing some fabulous new customer service representatives up to speed. It may take up to 3-4 weeks to respond to your email requests and 1-2 weeks to process documentation.
If you have an urgent issue (grant deadlines, order cancelations and changes, or similar time-sensitive requests) please call us 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Pacific on Fridays. If your request is not urgent, we will respond to emails and all other forms of communication as soon as we are able to!

We are currently experiencing a fulfillment issue with installation disks for Office 2010 Standard and Professional Plus Service Pack 1 products. Organizations who placed donation requests for these products between October 24 and November 15, are able to download the software from the Volume Licensing Service Center website. The SP1 updates can easily be downloaded after installation by clicking on File, Help and Check For Updates. We will email organizations who requested disks when more information is available.

I need to change my address for shipping. My office has move since my order in 2008. I ordered new Microsoft Office Professional software--Confirmation # 713854 a moment ago and there was no way to change the shipping address. The new shipping address is the address on the credit card confirmation.

In order to ensure that you receive your products I strongly suggest cancelling your request from the Donation History/Status link on your My Account oage, editing your organization's information and placing a new request. We are unable to make changes to donation requests once they have been placed.
